what i’ve been up to lately
5.27.26
I don’t just want to share finished work anymore. I want to share the thoughts behind it. The life around it. The questions I’ve been asking. The things I’m noticing and learning and trying to hold onto before they disappear.
Lately I’ve been craving more honesty and more depth online. Less performance. Less feeling like everything needs to be polished or optimized all the time. I think I’m more interested these days in documenting a life than building a brand.
Photography will still live here, but so will writing, reflections, motherhood, creativity, memory, poetry, beauty, grief, slowness, and all the other things that shape the way I see the world.
I also started a Substack called A Slower Kind of Seeing as a place for longer thoughts, photographs, stories, and small things I don’t want to forget. Mostly, this is all just an attempt to pay closer attention to my life while I’m inside of it.
Thank you for being here <3

indigo | gritty outdoor portrait session richmond, virginia
Raw, real, vulnerable, strong as fuck - that’s Indigo. They wanted to focus on portraying an array of emotions and stages of self with images that were more raw, gritty and played with the duality of light and dark. We also took a set focused on their scars and mixed in a blend of images without showing their face.
